Subject 01: Belief in Allah

Summary:

The subject will focus on our belief in Allah. We will highlight the key attributes of Allah, such as his eternal existence, and what attributes we cannot associate with Him, such as His lying.

Importantly, we will focus on certain verses that suggest that Allah has hands, has a face and that He can sit in some form. Do we take these verses literally or do we try to metaphorically interpret them?

Finally we will ask whether our intellect is sufficient to deduce the existence of Allah.
